Switching from Buffer to Postly
No migration project: Postly doesn't import your old setup because it doesn't need it. Paste your website URL, and the first branded kit — posts, reels, captions, calendar — is built from your live site in about two minutes. Run both side by side during the trial and compare.
Buffer organizes the content you bring. Postly brings the content.

Switching from Buffer to Postly Media: the steps
What changes is the starting point. With Buffer: connect channels, then write or import posts. With Postly Media: you paste your website URL, and the posts are written from what your site says.
- You can keep your Buffer account while you try Postly Media: there is nothing to export or import.
- Paste your website URL on postlymedia.com and answer a few short questions about your business.
- Start the 30-day free trial with a payment card. Nothing is charged that day, and the trial includes 1 content kit: 6 posts, 1 reel storyboard and 1 slideshow video.
- Review and edit the posts, download them and publish them yourself, or upload them to the scheduling tool you already use.
- Compare before day 31. To stop, cancel online from your dashboard; if you cancel during the trial, you are not charged.
